TRANSPORTATION

1.  For Ho Chi Minh City and neighboring provinces, TT Commerce uses specialized vehicles to deliver goods to customers. We also provide accompanying technicians to check the quantity and quality of goods/products before customers sign the delivery confirmation.

2.  For other provinces and cities, TT Commerce uses postal service to deliver to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.

3.  For Ho Chi Minh City area, TT Commerce offers free shipping for some orders.

4.  For other provinces and cities, we apply a shipping fee policy depending on the geographical area, according to the information listed by the shipping partner.

DELIVERY

1.  TT Commerce commits to deliver goods to customers according to the agreed time.

2.  Upon receipt of the goods, please carefully check the condition of the product and make sure you have received the correct product you ordered. If there are any problems, such as damaged products, wrong items or missing items, please notify us immediately for timely resolution.
